While the Special Project Assistants is run by a volunteer Senior Supervisor. Missions given by TIP cannot be completed for SPA. Likewise, missions given by SPA cannot be completed for TIP.
Yes. TIP members are not invincible or above the rules an any way and they are treated exactly the same as any non-TIP member. Constant violation of the rules will eventually lead in termination from the program and a block from accessing the website.
