=if(a < 88, 2, if(a > 91, 0, 1))
Which says:
if a less than 88 return 2 else if a greater than 91 then return 0 else return 1 (since a is greater than or equal to 88 and less than or equal to 91).
I assume "between" in your question means inclusive - otherwise there is nothing in your question which states what to do when cell a is 88 or 91.
Depending upon your spreadsheet program, the commas may need to be replaced by semicolons.
There is no such formula; there are infinitely many number between them.
I'm guessing you mean, "What is 10 to the 0th power?"The answer, of course, is the same for 10, as it is for anything else, 1, because numbers greater than 1 to a negative power are less than 1, but greater than 0, and numbers greater than 1 to powers between 0 and 1 are between 1 and that number.
the formula for averaging anything is addition of all figures and then dividing by the number of numbers.
1.03 is greater. The difference between the two numbers is 0.0078.
There are infinitely many rational numbers between any two rational numbers. And the cardinality of irrational numbers between any two rational numbers is even greater.
There are infinite numbers between 2.2 and 2.22. Some examples are ... 2.2001, 2.2075, 2.208, 2.21, 2.2135926, 2.2199999999999999999 So anything with digits after 2.20.... or 2.21....
511 is greater than 59. The difference between the two numbers is 452.
All numbers greater than 2 are composites, not prime numbers.
anything greater than 9 and less than 100; for example 21,73,84, etc
Between the numbers 23 and 25, 25 is the greater of the two.

There are an infinite quantity of numbers between these boundaries.
