It might help if you could tag at least two words together that made grammatical sense. Otherwise, you could try fitting some non-negative zero denominations to the tail-end of a rat's crotch. I understand that after approving the death march of your favourite hamsters, Tweetie and Sylvester, you should take your temperature and, if all is well, you should try to get a normal life....but, of course, that's only a suggestion!

What happens with the EOF or end of file condition?

In C++ EOF is a special function which will return nonzero when there is no more data to be read. In C++ nonzero means true, the alternative to nonzero is zero which means false.

What are the basic characteristics of speech signal?

1)Nonuniform probability distribution of speech amplitude. 2)Nonzero autocorrelation between successive speech samples. 3)Nonflat nature of the speech spectra. 4)The most basic:speech is band limited.

Why do you run all three phases in the same conduit to feed a panel?

The three phases when summed together should be very near zero (since this is a balanced system). If you ran only two cables in one conduit, the summed total would be a nonzero value. This nonzero current flow will induce a current in any nearby metalic structure that parallels the phase wires for any significant distance (such as the conduit, and joints). This will result in lost power (due to the induced currents creating a back emf), and localized heating in the conduit and metalic joints. Keeping all three phases together minimizes this, since the (vector) sum total of the current flow is near zero.

What is the difference between Transverse Electrical mode and Transverse Electrical Magnetic mode?

Transverse modes are classified into different types:TE modes (Transverse Electric) no electric field in the direction of propagation.TM modes (Transverse Magnetic) no magnetic field in the direction of propagation.TEM modes (Transverse Electromagnetic) no electric nor magnetic field in the direction of propagation.Hybrid modes nonzero electric and magnetic fields in the direction of propagation.

Would you genetically engineer your child?

I would most definitely genetically engineer my child. The average human craves a child that won't get bullied or pushed around, but does not possess the mental strength of creating one that doesn't contain their flesh and blood. I want a badass child, so nothing would get in my way. Given the high (i.e. nonzero) probability that any child of mine would end up with a genetic disorder or propensity to an illness, removing the alleles responsible for those problems would much increase the quality of life for that child. On the other side of that, many problems caused by a lack of certain alleles or combinations of alleles can be repaired by simply ensuring the required allele combinations exist. On the whole, a GE child would have a better life.

Is 0 an eigenvalue?

Yes it is. In fact, every singular operator (read singular matrix) has 0 as an eigenvalue (the converse is also true). To see this, just note that, by definition, for any singular operator A, there exists a nonzero vector x such that Ax = 0. Since 0 = 0x we have Ax = 0x, i.e. 0 is an eigenvalue of A.
