The three major credit reporting agencies are: transunion experience equifax You can just go to their web sites and request a credit report (usually free or very cheap) and once you get it, just write corrections right on the report ... then send it back to them with a letter saying to remove incorrect reporting asap. If they can't prove that what they're reporting is 100% correct, they can't report it anymore. Usually, the agencies are so lazy that they'll take off anything you want them to, just to avoid them having to research it. They will make these changes usually within 1-2 weeks.
