What you write in your journal is completely up to you. If you know what you want to write about, just start writing. If you're not sure what you want to be writing and feel stuck to get started, put your pen on the page and write whatever comes to mind. Let the words flow from your brain onto the page and don't worry about what's coming out; it will be exactly what you need to be writing. Never worry about "editing" as you go, just let the words flow onto the page as you become more aware and connect on new levels with your inner-self.
