There is no such language or tribe as Mohican. That was an idea invented by James Fennimore Cooper for a series of books; he had heard of real tribes called the Mahican and the Mohegan and simply combined them to create a fake tribe.

In Mohegan there is no direct equivalent, you would say cunayuw - literally "he is crazy". "He is free" is nayawiyuw.
