It is a copulation of many things, like pieces of lore, dreams, meditation outcomes, divination outcomes, herbs and their medicinal and magickal uses, stones and their magickal uses, and feelings and impressions, just to name a few. A BoS doesnt even have to be one book. It can be several books or several bookshelves.
