When you're on Google Images, click on the picture you want to post. There is an option for you to look at the full sized image; click on it. Right click on the shown image and select "save picture as" and save it to somewhere you can find it later (I save to my desktop). Log onto Facebook and go to your own page. If you have timeline, go to your status place and next to it is a "photo" icon. Click on that and three options will show up. Select "upload video/photo". Click on the option "browse" and find your picture from the place you saved it (my desktop for me). Finally click post.
