You shouldn't have to do anything. Most songs downloaded from peer to peer sharing software like Limewire is in MP3 format. Windows Media Player can play MP3's you should be able to drag and drop the mp3 file from where Limewire saves it into the media player or right click on the file(in the folder location where its stored; not in Limewire) and choose open with and then select Windows Media Player

To move songs from iTunes to Windows Media Player, first, locate your iTunes music folder, usually found in "C:\Users[Your Username]\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music."
