Just did same repair on my truck. Easy fix. First, the bulb is not a standard bulb from the parts store, you will need to get one from your dealer. My dealer did not even have one in stock, had to order one. 1. remove the storage bin below the clock/heater controls by gently pulling up and out. 2. remove the one bolt at the bottom left area below the heater controls. 3. gently pull the bottom area with one hand and the top (clock area) with your other hand. There is snap clips holding it in place. Pull gently and it will come off. Note: the clock, the three large heater controls and the two small buttons all come off as one unit together. 4. Remove the one electrical connection. 5. Locate the bulb that needs to be replaced. There is one for the clock side of the display, and another for the range computer/fan setting display. Using flat blade screwdriver, gently turn the bulb counter-clockwise. Give the clock a few light taps and the bulb will fall out. 6. Installation is the reverse of removal. Note: when ready to reinstall the unit, just gently push on the unit and it will snap back in. The bulb for the clock is part no. 90010-09017.

It is interior fuse #18 ACC 15 amps it controls car audio, power antenna, clock, and power rear mirror. If the fuse is OK and the clock is dead then it is an internal clock issue. Check out my bio page for info on how to remove and service the clock.
how do you fix the clock on a 2003 toyota corolla s series dash board
No it does not. If the fuse is OK, it is most likely an internal problem with the clock itself. I offer a repair service for the 4runner and many other makes and models. Check out www.autoclockrepair.com. The removal instructors are there as well. Thanks!

Replace it. While you could take apart and attempt to repair it, the individual parts for repairing it are not available, but the entire clock is available through the aftermarket.
