I just replaced mine today.

You'll need to locate it first. It's underneath the car, passenger side, next to the oil pan and the flywheel.

There are two bolts fastening it to your bell housing. the first bolt is staring you right in the face when you find it. The second bolt is trickier to get to. It's on top and impossible to see. You'll have to take your wheel off. There are access holes that should be large enough for the average arm to get through. You still won't be able to see the bolt, but you can feel around for it. To make it even trickier, the bolt sizes are NOT the same. Remember to unbolt your positive lead as well. That bolt should be staring you in the face through one of the access holes. That bolt size is 3/8.

Now that you've got the old one off, you're ready for the new one. Some encouragement, it's easier to put on than take off.

Position the new starter motor and put the first bolt in. The one that was super easy to take off. Tighten it up. -- This will make it so the impossible-to-see bolt is easy for you to line up with its hole. After you have both bolts on, connect the positive lead. This will be the hardest part. Getting a moving cable to stay positioned in a tiny space is tough. I recommend a 2nd pair of eyes and hands for this part. With a little patience and persistence, you saved yourself about 100 to 200 bucks in labor.
