This is in Big nate Island, you get the lobster by trading the old school photo at the trade shop and get the Scuba gear/diving outfit. Ten you talk to the old man on the dock and you can go check his lobster trap before you run out of air underwater trying to retrieve the lobster trap. After that you give him his trap which has a lobster in it, and he lets you keep the lobster for getitng his trap for him.
