Your arm muscles work by contracting and releasing to lift a mug of coffee to your lips. The muscles flex and contract to move your arm.
Uh all of your muscles DO work together, when you move or lift things......idiot
The muscles in your leg work against eachother. One contracts and one relaxes to push and pull the bones.

They can lift and do heavy work but if you make them mad enough do become violent they could cause some serious damage. You could lift weights. if you lift 9 each arm you get muscle, but if you lift 15 a time you get strength. You might look big with big muscles, but doesnt mean your strong. You might have lifted for big muscles but that doesnt get you much strength.
if you lift more weights then you reduce the level that your muscles can contract and thus reduces the intensity that your body can work at

BOTOX injections are not used on the lips. If they were, the patients lips would go numb and not work, since BOTOX is a relaxer. This is because BOTOX is used to deliver the appearance of smoother skin by relaxing the facial muscles that create wrinkles. If a patient wanted fuller lips, they would need to inquire with a surgeon who offers Dermal Fillers like Juvederm.

The muscles contract harder based on how heavy the object is expected to be, putting more work in to lift heavier objects the same amount. However, if they put in too much work for an object, the motion over-compensates, and the muscles simply pull everything farther, often resulting in falling over.
A warm up prepares the muscles for work.
