Most aircraft have what is called a "Transponder" which is basically a radio transmitter that has in it the aircraft flight number, speed, height and maybe even its course. The flight number can be changed using a selector box in the cockpit
The Transponder waits until it gets and interrogation signal from the tower's secondary radar system and then it automatically transmits all its information. An individual interrogation signal can be sent to a particular aircraft but generally its an ALL aircraft transmission from the ground so all aircraft in the vicinity transmit their information. In his way along with the towers Primary radar are aircraft controlled and monitored by ATC
Radar is used in Air Traffic Control (ATC) to monitor and track the movement of aircraft in the airspace. It provides controllers with real-time information about the position, altitude, and speed of aircraft, helping them to maintain safe separation between planes and guide them along their flight paths. Radar also helps ATC to detect and respond to any potential conflicts or emergencies in the airspace.

Yes, you can be both a pilot and an atc on vatsim (but not at the same time!). You will have to go through the training program to be an atc on vatsim.
Honda ATC 185 was only made in 1980 and has an almost orange color. It is more like the ATC 200. The 185s was made 81-83 and is more of a sport-utility trike
This will result in censure from ATC and possible arrest.
The fenders are not a direct bolt on....but with a few modifications you can get them to fit.
