I don't really know. But I think I read somewhere that they're open to suggestions. The designs are built to be practical and fir the shape and other details to be realistic. But then, if not practical enough, changes must be made. Also, designs can't be to complex large or expensive because to complicated might annoy some users but more older users sometimes enjoy it. Obviously the less expensive the more they sell but the more complex sets use more pieces and therefore are all larger. Hence mor expensive. I think I answered your question but I do get side-tracked and carried away very easily. Just trying to help.

Good Question! Well, Kjeld Kirk Christianson, inventor of LEGO, wanted to come up with a catchy name. So he came up with LEGO, which in Danish (Danish because LEGO is Danish) means 'play' or 'play well'. Nowadays, if you enter a LEGO shop, and buy a set or two, mostly, the cashier would say 'Play Well'!
It is truly up to you to decide which set is the best.
Nobody knows where Lego will export their sets next, try contacting the Lego Support team, and see if they'll come up with an answer.
you can make thousands of things you just need Lego and a imagination and opposable thumbs might be handy. For instance to get you started try building something simple like stairs just place one brick on top another making sure theres a gap every time ;)
Everbody has their favourite Lego theme, overall Lego Star Wars come up top, followed by Lego City/Bionicles.
If one has a Lego set with parts missing, they can be replaced. One simply needs to visit the Lego customer service on the Lego website and sign up for an account. They will then assist him or her in replacing the necessary bricks.
