The meat is cooked in the factory and then frozen. McDonalds heats it back up on a grill.
A cook in Hamburg, Germany.
angus
Yes, If they didn't why would there be a kitchen, and why would it be hot, and look fully cooked if they didn't cook them.
Hamburgers spoil when you have them in a fridge then cook them they have to be from the store then cooked right away

The Answer is Charcoal
Well for 1 they say they are never premade.. false.. they are premade, they come in a bag of 75 or so and they are fresh , but premade... still not sure if it is 100% pure beef or not, because no matter how long you cook it, it still stays pinkish on the inside.... so I'd say it's mixed with fillers.
Sausages must be heated to 160 degrees Fahrenheit or 72 degrees C. The Food Code says 160º F (72º C) and this temperature we adopt as the recommended temperature for cooking meats. McDonalds also cook hamburgers to this temperature.
87.5 / 6.25 = 14
the outside cooks quicker than the inside normally, so if the outside has more to cook and there is less inside to cook, the cooking times will even out and you will be able to cook it all the way through without burning the outside
