The practice of Muslim worship is the same through out the world. The Muslims worship five times a day, keep fast during the month of Ramazan and perform Hajj. While offering daily prayers all the Muslims face the holy Kaabah, situated in Makka (Mecca).

The prayer timings may differ because of the difference in local time. May be, some Muslims keep their hands on their chests while praying, some may keep their hands near/under the naval, some may keep their hands open, it doesn't matter. It doesn't show difference. The last Prophet of Islam Hazrat Muhammad (MPBUH) offered prayer in all these postures. However, the Muslims recite the same verses.
