He gets angry ("Then I defy you, stars!") but very quickly decides to ride to Verona and to kill himself by Juliet's body. He becomes very calm, purposeful and determined. He says to Balthazar, "Go get those horses!"

In the play there aren't really any servants, there are servingman though. You may be talking about Balthasar, a relative of Romeo's who sees Juliet dead and does not know that it is a trick. He flees to Romeo's hiding place in Mantua, Italy and tells Romeo and Juliet is dead. Make your questions less vague!

What Romeo threatened to do to Balthazar if he he says with him at the tomb is Romeo will kill him. Balthazar did not know Romeo was going to kill himself next to Juliet, otherwise I think Balthazar would have stopped him. Romeo just told Balthazar to live well and prosper, and then to leave, and he leaves Romeo to 'grieve'.
