Sarah from Hollyoaks has recently died from jumping out of a plane with a tampered parachute. Her girlfriend Lydia, originally cut Zoey Carpendar's parachute but when the day of the jump came, the parachutes were mixed up and Lydia did not know who had the ripped parachute until everyone jumped and the person who fell to the ground and died was Sarah Barnes. Lydia then felt terrible guilt but did not want to go to jail for the crime so she set Zoey Carpendar up with her penknife and stabbed herself so that she did not have to live with what she had done, unfortunately, she did not die but Zoey went to jail for the murder even though Zoey did not do it. Zoey is now hated by Sarah's dad, Mike Barnes as he trusted her and he feels as though she has killed the trust he had in her.
