Are you talking about the FUEL-RAIL ASSEMBLY that the fuel lines attach to? If so, YES. There are one on each line that goes into the rail assembly.
Your local auto parts store can help you with parts necessary to build/replace the fuel line. Original fuel line assembly from the dealer is no longer available.

The standard location for the fuel pressure regulator is on the fuel rail at the opposite end as where the fuel enters. The fuel return line will attach to it as excess pressure needs to be bled back to the tank. On this vehicle the supply fuel line "T's" with a shorter fuel line that goes back into the fuel tank, shortly after the fuel pump, when you take out the fuel pump assembly you should see a small regulator attached to the top of the assembly and really close to the fuel pump.
