It depends upon the type of bacteria. Some look like little rods, some look more like spirals or springs, and some look more like spheres.

bacterial cells can look like a number of things and they come in all diffrent shapes and sizes, if u go on Google images and write bacterial cells a load of things will come up

There are many types of bacteria and they all look different so no one knows how a particular bacteria looks unless you have a microscope.
