How does a cape buffalo get food?

Cape buffalo get their food the exact same way that cows do. They graze, using their rough, strong tongues to wrap around a sward of grass, grasp it, pull it into their mouths and use their lower teeth to tear it from the ground, then swallowing it. The process repeats as they graze until they are full, which is when they burp up cud and chew that while they rest.
