Yes. It is an excellent way for deaf people to communicate (as they can read and type - unless they are both deaf and blind).
For me it wasn't hard to a deaf person to find a job. if the deaf person know how to communicate by just using another senses..I thing it was not too hard for him to find a job.
Sign language.
They communicate by sign language. Well at least people that are deaf do.
They do; if the hearing person knows ASL. If the hearing person does not know ASL, it really wouldn't make any sense for them to do so.
to communicate with deaf people or for people with voice impairment to communicate
First of all, a deaf person cannot hear, so screaming, yelling, or modifying your voice in any way serves no purpose. The best thing to do when trying to help a non-signing deaf person is to find out how they communicate. It may be one of the following ways:writinglipreadinggesturinghome-signs (a sign language that naturally develops in a household when no formal sign language is known). If the situation warrants it, you can also try to teach them sign language.
He taught students who were deaf how to communicate. He believe that electricity would be the key to allowing deaf people to communicate and learn language.
Either through sign language, writing back and forth, an interpreter, or gesturing. You can look on the internet for sign language interpreting agencies near you. They are business who will get you in contact with a professional who can communicate in sign language and whatever spoken language you use.Another OpinionIf you are asking the degree of communication skill, then I would have to say that Deaf people are far more skilled at understanding non-deaf, or hearing people, than visa versa. After all, Deaf people live in a world where they have to struggle to communicate, whereas, hearing people have less of a need to do that with Deaf people. So, in conclusion: Deaf people communicate very well with non-deaf people. And, non-deaf people have a hard time communicating with Deaf people.
there are different explanation for a person to be deaf. like Helen Keller.some are inborn deaf, some get sick, and some person encounters an accident that causes them to be deaf.
White cats with blue eyes have been known to be deaf.
Well they usually are born deaf but develop their hearing at about ten days old. But if the cat is white with blue eyes if it isn't a rare type of cat, it is deaf. If one of the parents are deaf there is a 50/50 chance that the kittens are going to be deaf.
