By taking from the rich until the country has all the wealth.

A communist country does not make money, it feeds on the labor of its people. It does not need to make money because there are only a few countries that will sell them anything. So forget about imported goods.

Because a communist government owns all businesses, banks, hospitals, farms, schools, etc. They may take as much wealth as they like because it is to help the people (victims).

The citizens work just hard enough not to be punished (or worse). Good news though, no more performance reviews!-because there will be no raises.

Keep them hungry so that the everyone depends on the government.

Government holds all wealth except what people can hide from them.
