You may be in a position to change the lock, box their stuff and leave it outside.
(find out for sure before you do this!)
If they are not a tenant, they are probably considered your guest under the law and therefore a trespasser if not welcome.
You may be able to mark the mail "return to sender" but again, check before doing something.
