Try prisoninmates.com. It is a place where people can go to find an inmate to talk to, and you could post a profile.
Our teacher said it is possible to have pen pal or email contact to inmates. Apparently the inmates benefit a lot from writing to people outside jail. How can I be the pen pal of a County Jail inmate?
I would suggest a pen pal system, get to know a female, and let the relationship blossom until she agrees to marry you (I recommend telling her (as a bride is always female) that you are in jail as well).
The same spot you find the female, its just really rare. (next to pal park)

A pen pal in general is a person with whom you exchange letters (which could be either actual letters written on pieces of paper, or email) as a form of friendship. Often pen pals are people who have never met in person and who may never meet, but who still enjoy exchanging letters for various reasons. If you are writing to someone who is in prison, then that person could be described as a prison pen pal. I did this once, but it's not easy; people in prison tend to be demanding. Even so, it was an interesting experience.
True and actually only one dog played. It was Pal.

Many thanks, my best aunt (or it could mean 'female pal')
I know there is a site called www.writeaprisoner.com - but you could check within the prison as they may have a service provided for you as there are stipulations and regulations that must be followed and monitored of course.
Lassie, the fictional character, made her first appearance in a short story called "Lassie Come-Home" published in 1938. However, the character was originally created by Eric Knight in 1938, so you can say that Lassie was "born" in that year.
