If you were wondering, it normally doesn't hurt for a man to loose his virginity. The most painful part would be trying to retract the foreskin (if he's uncircumcised) which could potentially be uncomfortable. Other than that, it feels as you would expect it to; penetration of the vagina can feel very weird for the first time!

He feels emotionally compact and secure and his Penis feels loved, warmth when welcomed inside the Vagina. Its when he feels complete devotion and unconditional love but only for a while and then the feeling turns to lust, rush of blood to the Penis makes the body to do all the talking now, becomes more sensitive to each rhythmic movement, more vigorous, till its ready to explode. Its the Penis and Vagina love n understanding that survives but men n women usually don't see eye to eye.......so human genitals r the true lovers n mentally we must respect each other for the whole couple relationship to last for eternity

Still the answer to be found by the sex experts of this question, but unfortunately there has not been observed any physical sign of men loosing their virginity as women have several physical signs of loosing their virginity, like rapturing the hymen, getting pregnent etc etc.
