If you were wondering, it normally doesn't hurt for a man to loose his virginity. The most painful part would be trying to retract the foreskin (if he's uncircumcised) which could potentially be uncomfortable. Other than that, it feels as you would expect it to; penetration of the vagina can feel very weird for the first time!

Still the answer to be found by the sex experts of this question, but unfortunately there has not been observed any physical sign of men loosing their virginity as women have several physical signs of loosing their virginity, like rapturing the hymen, getting pregnent etc etc.
