Just like an ordinary automobile transmission except they dont use gears they use belts. a moped transmission commonly uses a kevlar belt it transfers power from the crank shaft wich is connected to the engine. than the belt turns threw the transmission to spin the back wheel. the transmission also holds the starter if you have an electric starter and the kick pedal to turn the motor in the case the battery dies. the transmission can be easily located its ordinaraly on the left side of modern mopeds directly under the airbox on the outside it holds the kick pedel on the the right side the muffler is attached.
Not technically, because it does not have pedals. Moped stands for motor pedal. If it does not have pedals, it is not a true moped. It is technically a motorcycle, but you could likely get away with it as a moped because of the slow top speed and the fully automatic transmission.
check your transmission and gear so test if there ok if thay are dont drive your car for a while if its bad got to a shop hope i helped :)
Yes it does. in a four stroke the tranny oil is shared with the engine oil...the sachs maddass utilizes this type of system. in a two stroke like the tomos line of moped/scooter, a type f transmission fluid is used, musch like in a car's auto trans.
It is 16. It is designed so that 16 year olds are able to travel to work if they work.
Type F like all other vintage german mopeds. Most auto stores know it as ford transmission fluid.
