There is no treatment (no matter what a psych. who wants to take your money says) for Narcissism. It is incurable. Get away from a Narcisssist ASAP.
You cannot change a narcissist. That's like saying how do you change a snake into a bear. They use other people who are taken in by their performance. Get away while you can still run. If you think you can change a narcissist then you are setting yourself up as the perfect prey. While you are trying to change the unchangeable he will be using you up.
You can become narcissistic afterwards, but you will not turn into a true narcissist. Stay away from him and go back to your family and hang around them for a while.
He probably can be physically faithfully but emotionally he is only faithful to one person- Himself. Walk away honey, you deserve better.
NO!!! Narcissists don't heal. They are teflon emotionally. Just get away from them.
They will start to degrade and abuse you worse than ever. Get away!
To make the partner feel worthless
NO! it gets worse! get away - STAY AWAY!!
Yes. And let him... keep going... as FAR AWAY from him as possible.
A narcissist will stay away as long as he has other supply to entertain him and keep him from getting bored. When they either lose that supply or begin to grow tired of him or her, then they often seek out "old supply" before cultivating new supply again. It is far easier for the narcissist to get back in touch with an ex in order to quickly get NS. Remember, narcissists cannot stand not having supply. They'll do anything to get it and fast. They'll use ex's or old supply to bridge the gap between the supply they just lost and the one they will soon meet.
Sure, if you are a masochist. Otherwise, walk away and don't look back...
Most people go through the heartache of losing someone they love whether they are a narcissist or not. Considering your ex is a narcissist you will begin to realize how lucky you were getting away from your ex. There is someone very special out there for you and fate has a way of forcing us down different roads of life to get something better in our lives. Hang on!
