There is a CEL, Check Engine Light, on the 1989 Thunderbird.
The brake light fuse on a 1987 Thunderbird is located on the back of the headlight switch. It is not in the fuse box.
If the change oil light comes on, then a person needs to change their oil. If a person changes their oil the light should turn off.
You have to replace the entire light unit. The bulbs are not replaceable. Try a junkyard or Ebay for used units.

there should be a small hole beside the panel the light sits in. straighten a paper clip and push the button inside the small hole.
