I am assuming it is off your wrist, as was mine. It's Christmas so I will not use words to describe B&M watchmakers and their "service center" henchmen. I actually used an electronics tech's tool for opening iPods and such. The two clasp ends meet and close over the tiny bar which you can see under your watchband. Place the watch crystal on your wife's naked thigh; insert your fingers through the watchband pointing toward the crown (knob which adjusts the time and date). Find the center of the triple folding security clasp and pull firmly straight up. One or both halves will pop out. Now, you may have to adjust the size of the watchband. This requires a bright light and reading glasses or a magnifying glass. Use a high quality jeweler's screwdriver and remove the threaded link pins, adjusting as necessary. The adjustment went fine. However, the watch stopped several times so I returned it to the retailer. B&M do not care about customers.
The Super Challenger watchband is usually located in the accessories section or watchband area of the store. You can also check with staff for assistance in locating the specific watchband for your Super Challenger watch.
