Even ordinary Supervisors cannot create a category. Regardless of whether you are a Supervisor or not, you need to request a new category from a Community Assistant. Supervisors can do this in the Supervisor's forum. Regular community members can send an email to WikiAnswers @ Answers.com (remove the spaces) to request a new category be created.

It means that a supervisor has looked at and approved the question and answer. Supervisors have a new tool that shows all new answers that are posted on the site in one place so that they can review the question and answer quickly and make any improvements necessary. Once a supervisor approves the question and answer it shows "vetted" in the question history.

Generally, it is acceptable to say "No" to this question. Many applicants do not want their current employer to know they are looking for employment elsewhere, as it could create conflict in their current position or even jeopardize it. Therefore, even though this is a standard employment application question, it is also standard for most people to decline to authorize this. it also generally requires no additional explanation.

You can't start a new topic in the Just Chatting forum, because there have been great amounts of vandalism in that forum. If you want to create a new topic, message any supervisor and tell them what you want it to be, and they will create it for you.
