A telescope has a larger gathering area (the main lens, or the main mirror) than the human eye. This makes it possible to see the light of fainter objects. Another thing the telescope does is to increase angular resolution. This makes it possible, in some cases, to see two stars that are close together as two stars, whereas the human eye would see them as a single spot of light.

Why are telescope important to astronomers?

You can see more stars than with just the naked eye

How does technology help us find out more about planets and stars?

tools: telescope satelite and more

Why astronomers uses telescope if you can see the planet by naked eyes?

With a telescope, you can see a lot more detail on the planets surface. Without a telescope you can only see bright dots, like surrounding stars, but with a telescope you can make out more - you can see the rings of Saturn for example of the bands and red spot on Jupiter.

Why the development of the telescope with better magnification has helped astronomers to find out more about the universe?

It has allowed astronomers to find out more about the universe, creating clearer more detailed images, also allowing them to look further into the universe to see things such as distant galaxies, stars and planets.

What object would help us see stars and planets in your solar system more clearly?

a telescope because if you never heard of the Hubble telescope that is like the international telescope.

What do astronomers call a system that is composed of more that two stars?

A multiple star system consists of three or more stars.

What type of scientist studies the Solar System stars and galaxies?

Collectively they are called Astronomers and Astrophysicists. Either professionals or amateurs. There are many types of astronomers, defined by how they study the stars. The most well-known are those that use optical telescopes followed closely by those that use Radio-telescope to pick up wavelengths other than visible light. there are many others and many other ways to collect data on the galaxies and stars.Astrophysicists are astronomers and may also collect direct data, yet they are more interested in the working behind the data. They deal in physics and theories of the galaxies.

What do astronomers call systems with more than 2 stars?

Nazil's system

What is multiwavelength astronomy?

It is the study of stars, moons and other things in space which emit light. Astronomers take pictures of them with different types of telescopes. This can help them to find a stars date of birth and date of death a long with many other things. An example is, recording the same star with a light range telescope, then a radio telescope. Using a computer, the data is merged, and the resultant image can often tell more than was learned by the combined data from the light and radio telescopes

How any stars are a part of the constellation?

Each constellation has billions, trillions, or more, stars, depending how powerful the telescope is that you use to observe. Remember that a constellation is basically a direction in the sky - so the farther you look, the more stars there will be.Each constellation has billions, trillions, or more, stars, depending how powerful the telescope is that you use to observe.
