Sure wish I could get an answer to this question. I am completely stumped.
A warmup is a warmup and done prior to a workout. It can be considered movement and exercise but it isn't the workout.
Only if the wiring on the car is modified.
Warmup exercises aren't 100 percent necessary, but they help your body loosen up, and can give you more positive benefits to your workout. It would be preferable to warmup before working out.
If it worked before the regulator was replaced, something was done incorrectly. If it didn't work before the regulator was replaced, the electric motor, switch or wiring may be at fault.
If it's a window regulator the window will not move. If it's a fuel pressure regulator the engine will run badly or not at all. If it's a voltage regulator the battery will be under or overcharged.

By regulating the fuel pressure
No, you do not "need" a regulator. The oven will work without it. However, the regulator controls the gas pressure. I bought two pizza ovens recently. One had a regulator and got up to the 650 degrees I set it to. The other did not have a regulator and would not rise above 500 degrees.
