Some animals addapt to different environments and others can't. also, predators control the population size in order to kepp plant populations and meat populations up.
Well since we polute the world it makes global warming much more worser. How well look at the polor bears all the ice is melting and the polor bears would die out by drouning
Yes, most dogs do not like the rain. It's very hard to train or even take them out for a bathroom break.

The environment affects animals in may different ways. It can cause animals to migrate to warmer climates or even were there is better feeding grounds. It also affects them by helping them adapt to new surroundings.

Animals can effect the environment in many different ways, here are a few...

-methane caused by their fart will add to global warming

-they will eat plant and animals which will change the habitats of certain animals if it is extreme

also think about natural selection and how certain animals may eliminate (not sure if thats the right word) other species of animals in that area / environment
