For example, a high-quality project is a project that is completed on time and with all the work in the project scope completed within the planned budget. Project quality management includes the following: 1. Plan quality - Determine the quality requirements and standards that are relevant to the project at hand and how to apply them. 2. Perform quality assurance - Ensure the planned quality requirements and standards are applied. 3. Perform quality control - Monitor the quality activities and record the results of these activities in order to assess performance and make necessary recommendations for corrective actions and changes.
