Do you mean influencing people in a good way or bad way? If it good then I mean It helps people think why the bullier would do a thing and i guess it makes them feel bad. But in a bad way would be like the person being bullied would feel bad and want someone else to feel the pain to and bully someone else. If that's what you mean....
