Dolphin swim fast so they can catch there prey
So that they can escape predators.
No scientific research actually shows that dolphins are faster then sharks for one reason. They can swim about 24 miles an hour next to a boat for ten to thirty minutes which a shark could only swim for a short amount of time to catch it's food. It's like a speed boost. So dolphins are faster then sharks!
No, this is a fallacy. Although dolphins and sharks do not seek each other to attack, they appear to have a mutual respect. Normally, a shark will only attack a lone dolphin, a sick dolphin or a calf that strays from its mother. In Port Phillip Bay, the large male dolphins that usually live outside the bay come inside at the beginning of October, which is the same time that the bronze whaler sharks come into the bay to mate and give birth. Male dolphins form a guard around the females and young to protect them during this time. Sharks usually keep their distance from the dolphins.
Nekton are animals that move or swim freely in the ocean. They can live in shallow or deep water and are all shapes and sizes. Dolphins are part of the chordates group of nekton.
Well, if you were at Clearwater marine aquarium, they would swim with you!:)
They are both very smart creatures, so not many things can be an enemy for them. Except humans. Though, sharks like to see dolphins as prey, but dolphins usually swim in schools, of large numbers so sometimes sharks would rather scavenge on a dead, or injured dolphin.
Dolphins beat up sharks because they are trying to defend their young ones and to drive the sharks away so that they the sharks don't bother the dolphins anymore.
so they can swim upside
so they can swim
yes dolphins are able to kill a shark so therfore they are big enemies of sharks.
So they can swim
