There are various ways, depending on the type of energy.
1. Electrical energy-obviously by electrical transmission lines.
2. Heat energy-can be sent by radiation (the sun for example), conduction (for example cooking a joint of meat), or convection (for example heating the atmosphere from contact with the land).
3. Could be in a hydraulic circuit, for example energy is put into a hydraulic pump to produce fluid at high pressure which then operates a device at a distance.
4. Similar principle to 3. but using air at pressure rather than hydraulic fluid.
5. Fuels such as gasoline could be regarded as energy, which can be transported anywhere in the world and then used.
6. Lasers are a form of energy transfer from the laser device to the object where the energy is absorbed.
7. Mechanical transmission of energy can be via belts or continuous chains.
Energy is transported around the body by blood circulatory system into the body cells
In your holes toss bag!!
Energy carried in a sound wave is all around us but energy carried in a ball is causing friction within the ball which is giving it energy
The body mostly needs fats which are used to produce energy. The body also needs water which is used for cooling and other important functions.
Your red blood cells carry the stored energy from your food to your cells for use. Food is not directly carried to your cells.
In plant cells, sugar is broken down to produce energy in the mitochondria, just as in animal cells.
Plant cells synthesize their food by photosynthesis. Animal cells can not do like plants, so it needs to be taken.Digestion of food molecules will help the cells to make energy(ATP).
Energy is does not reserve in nutrients.Energy is carried from nutrients by our body. And then energy is used in the parts of our body.

Within a particular "operating range".
Body movement and accounts for much of the energy consuming cellular work in an active animal.
Digestion is necessary because for energy from the food to be released and carried into the cells in our body the food must be broken down into soluble molecules for it to diffuse into the cells. Then energy is released during respiration.
