To use an EpiPen, simply take it out and remove the cap. Using your outer thigh, push the top of it hard against it. Then inject yourself. The EpiPen is designed to stick you though clothes. This including Denim Jeans. Replace the cap and go to a Hospital for further treatment.

It makes your heart rate and blood pressure go up, make you feel shaky, and can give you a headache afterwards. But it will help with the allergic reaction.
