I have read that running or brisk walking is very good exercise when you are on your period. Youc an even continue with your usual gym work-out but perhaps not do such heavy wieghts. Generally exercising on your period will help to relive bloating and cramps.
The recommended time for a cool-down period after exercising is typically around 5 to 10 minutes. This helps the body gradually return to its resting state and can help prevent muscle soreness and injury.

Exercising can be a cause for your period to be late if you exercise daily.
Yes, you may think that exercising helps you loose weight but that is incorrect. Exercising builds musclewhich adds weight to your body.MJC
I have had the same issue. I have officially hit 1 week since my period was suppose to start. My gynecologist stated it could be due to my increase of exercise, because testosterone builds up and estrogen is lower, so a woman will miss her period. I quit exercising in hopes of bringing my period back. No luck yet :( My question is similar. Should I continue exercising, since I want to have exercise in my daily routine, but will it continue to keep my period at bay? Or will my estrogen catch up to my testosterone levels of exercise?
No it can not mess up your Period it can just make it flow faster hope i Helped!
It is perfectly fine & healthy to exercise while experiencing PMS-pre-menstrual symptoms- as well as throughout your period, and exercising may actually help with cramps!

It is recommended to drink cold water after exercising to help lower your body temperature, reduce inflammation, and rehydrate your body. Cold water can also help cool you down quickly after a strenuous workout.
