If we are talking about the season of Fall: Well we all feel different about the various seasons, so it is a subjective question (subjective in that everyone has their own opinion and there is no right or wrong answer).
My opinion about how fall feels would be different from others because it is my favorite season.
For me there is the feeling of a briskness in the air, the sun is lower in the sky, the smells of burning leaves hangs in the air mixed with the sweet smells of ripened fruits. Of course not everyone would have the same feeling because they do not live where I do.
My birthday also in the middle of fall, so there is that feeling as well.
So I guess the senses we have and use will greatly affect our feelings about our favorite season.
But now if you are asking how it feels to fall, then that is a whole different question.
I guess that feeling would depend if the landing will be soft or hard.
