Ulcers can be caused by a bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). If this organism is present, the ulcer would be treated with a triple medication regimen; to include: Flagyl plus another antibiotic, antacids to neutralize acid in the stomach, a proton-pump inhibitor which will help heal an ulcer by decreasing acid production in the stomach, and Carafate which will coat an ulcer to allow it to heal.
It won't heal them. It can help them clot to stop bleeding, and can offer a little relief from the pain, but it won't heal them.
This question is very vague as there are many types of internal bleeding that can occur in many different areas of the body. Basically, if you suspect internal bleeding dial 911 and get help on the way...if this isn't possible, monitor the patient for symptoms of shock and get them to the nearest medical facility as rapidly as possible!! To simplify it, internal bleeding from a bleeding ulcer pales in comparison to bleeding on the brain or a severed aorta!
