Flare is a black Elite Puffle from the Nintendo DS video game Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. He shoots blue flames from his mouth while he wears his welding mask and can weld anything with this. His can be used in the Elite Missions. He also appeared in the exclusive book Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic. In the EPF Mission, All's Weld That Ends Weld, Flare is really upset and you send him a postcard.Using a code unlocked in the game, Club Penguin EPF: Herbert's Revenge, you can walk Flare online.

use ( the purple puffle ) pop's bubble to remove the barracade, and go inside. use bouncer and hit him in the face, then toutch him again, and he'll head for the roof. use another of boucer's snowballs, and aim for the face. he'll stop to clean out the snow, so now use flare to weld him still. make shire to aim at the whell. then use the robotomy gadget, and deactivate him. then use pop to put him in a bubble, then tap him again and put him in your inventory, and take him back to G.

Without knowing exactly which Code or industry this applies to, I'll give it a shot using AWS D1.1 standards. The standard flare-groove detail is P10 indicating that it is a PJP (partial joint penetration) weld. If a weld size is not indicated, it is assumed it is a full thickness weld and I believe this is where the confusion comes in. It's a partial penetration with full thickness and that's where the argument starts. This weld could be used as a full penetration weld (and held to that testing criteria) but the detailer must be specific about the intentions, particularly if it is used in a critical joint.
First you have to talk to Rory at the mine and fix the drain pipe. Then you weld the mining cart back together. Finally, put the tracking device into the mine cart and push it into the mine shaft.
