Animals use sound to communicate and/or scare away predators.
They can squeak
Giraffes can communicate with body language and with sounds. Giraffes can moo, bleat, and grunt. They snort when they are alarmed. Usually giraffes are just quiet though.
•Giraffes are thought to be silent animals but they actually communicate with low grunt, moans and rumbles that are usually to low pitched for human ears to hear because they communicate using infrasound. Mother Giraffes sometimes use whistles to warn their calf's. plz tell me how to improve it if i can! :D
It doesn't make a sound. - Actually it produces a very low pitched hum (most likely due to the very long neck and large chest) that humans can't hear. Like with bat noises you can frequency shift the giraffe noises to listen to them.
