Put hand sanitizer in a bag then put some water in the bag it depends how much sanitizer you put in there and squish it up together if you want color to it then get a marker and get ink out of the marker but put color first (option)then put water
I fined that if you get some alcohol hand jell (the normal one works best not a perfumed or moisturising one) and apply where the permanent marker is and give it a scrub and then wipe it away with a cloth.
Because there is carbon dioxide in hand sanitizer, just like soda.

Rubbing alcohol usually works. You can use any kind of hand sanitizer, since it has a large amount of rubbing alcohol in it.

if it is on the housing (plastic / non screen part) get the aeresol version of "goof off" be sure to use it in a very very well ventilated area ----------------------------------------------------------------- To remove a permanent marker mark of an lcd screen (what i did); dab a little hand sanitizer on a napkin then rub the affected area. This has been proven by me, this will not ruin your screen.
You can use any hand sanitizer to remove pernament marker off your skin, plastic, metal, and anything.
well, your question isn't very specific. if you mean off of skin, then rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer or acetone nail polish remover; if you don't have sensitive skin. if so, use baby oil or wipes.
We have a Purell dispenser in my classroom. We have found that this alcohol based hand sanitizer will remove Sharpie permanent marker from desk tops. This might not work on fabric, but it is worth a try. VERIFICATION: I know from long experience that alcohol - particularly denatured alcohol (hardware store) will remove permanent marker from clothing, though it may take a couple of applications.
i believe hand sanitzer does.... it depends on the surface. :)
