Guests use shocking amounts of electricity, water, airconditioning etc. The minibar is stacked full of bottled drinks, they use the washing machines 24/7, the lights/aircon/tv's/computers in the lobby and hallways are left on all night and not to mention Swimming Pools, spas and all the other luxuries. They throw out toilet paper, sometimes towels and other disposable items after each guest stays there. And a whole heap more but I am too drunk.
Lets say if you are a tree hugger than I strongly recommend you don't stay in a hotel.
