Internal stakeholders are people that play a role in the business as well as having some kind of interest in the success of the firm. they could be suppliers, the local community, employees, local politicians etc. each can have its own separate impact...employees can work harder, suppliers can deliver on time and so on. Oh wait, do you mean internal shareholders? Probably....they are employees that also own shares in the company. they can influence it by working harder etc
