It is the most life changing, most amazing thing, EVER! I am a Christian, and that is my point of veiw. Knowing, that if you die, you will be saved!!! Jesus died on the cross for MY sin, and for YOUR sin, and everyones sin. If the space is sacred to your religion. If not, it does not necessarily have to feel religious for you, but be respectful of the significance to that religion, and accept the right of those people to be religious there.
to feel comfort after a hard time in their life, to feel one with god, to remind themselves of what religious leaders went through and because they feel it is their duty to do, and if they do their duties they get to go to the afterlife.
people go on religious journeys to feel closer to what they are worshiping and what they believe when your worshiping you feel a certain happiness and you feel like all your wrong doing have been taken away and forgiven. not bad for a 14 year old :D

Yes because if your child was religious because you are he or she might feel uncomfortable about it if other people aren't.
A transgender person might feel uncomfortable seeking services at a christian agency or one with religious affiliations because they are in danger of religious extremists and discrimination for things they can't control. The Christians, for the most part, have not proven extremely welcoming to we transgender folk.
